Our Leadership
Our President and Founder, Liza Hantske
Liza Hantske is an entrepreneur with a strong engineering and business background and over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. She has extensive experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, regulatory compliance, regulatory affairs, design control, risk management, project management, and document control management. Liza has worked with several types of medical devices which include neurological, coronary, carotid, peripheral, renal, spine, laparoscopic, surgical sleep apnea, cryoablation and telemedicine products. She has worked with large global companies, such as Guidant, Covidien, Medtronic and Boston Scientific. She has also worked for various medical device start-up companies, including a company which developed a cryoablation platform for the treatment of atrial fibrillation with an acquisition exit of over 200 million dollars.
Liza has a BS in biomedical engineering and earned her MBA while working full time. Liza is the original Founder and President of NexAct, which is a consulting company, founded in 2021, providing training, strategies and customized solutions to business entrepreneurs. She is also the original Founder and President of Aethos Engineering which is a consulting company that creates streamlined solutions for medical device companies.
When Liza has down-time, she enjoys traveling with her family to new places, loves learning new global cuisine recipes, and going to boot camp classes. She also loves reading books on leadership, blue ocean strategies & disruptive thinking.

They have held various technical positions which include working as engineers at the principal level for Research and Development, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality. Our engineers have also functioned as managers and directors.
